1)Limited of 1000 tickets entries; numbering 000 to 999. Do not lose your raffle ticket as it is required to claim a prize.
2) Suggested minimum donation - $60.00/ticket or 3 tickets/$120.00. This is tax deductible charitable donation.
3) All prizes are new, factory made firearms.
4) By obtaining a raffle ticket (either by donation or as a gift) you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won.
5) Daily drawings to start on January 1, 2024 and continue daily thru Jamuary 30, 2024. Each day's winning number is obtained from the Florida Pick 3 Midday Lottery drawing of that day. Drawing days with unsold winning numbers will use the Florida Pick 3 Evening number that day to determine the winner. In the event there is not a winner for more than one day’s gun, the first day’s gun will be given away to the first Florida Pick 3 Evening number that matches a sold ticket number. The next winner will be the next Florida Pick 3 Evening number to match a sold ticket number. Only one day’s gun will be given away to a sold ticket matching the Florida Pick 3 Evening number.
6) All firearms won are subject to availability and the LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
7) Winning ticket numbers and firearm won will be posted on 30gunraffle.com. To protect the winner's identity, the winning names will not be posted.
8) All proceeds to benefit Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Foundation, Inc, 501(c)(3). Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or you lose a ticket.
9) You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to claim a prize.
10) Winners must be at least 21 years old to take possession of a rifle or shotgun or handgun.
11) Raffle is void where prohibited.
12) Winner is responsible for all fees associated with any background check required to take possession of their prize and state sales tax.
13) It is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to text Jim Bruns at 941-468-6106 or at [email protected] to claim their prize. Winner must present ticket to claim prize (or provide an electronic copy if not local to the area). ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.
14) All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
15) Out of area winners have the option of having their prize transferred to their local FFL dealer for delivery. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder. Winner is responsible for all shipping and transfer fees.
16) Winners will be responsible for any applicable Federal, State and local taxes.
17) Transfers will be done by High Noon Guns of Sarasota and Venice. The LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB solely reserves the right to change the location and/or dealer for any transfer. Winning ticket holder must make transfer through the LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB selected dealer, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
18) In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to another FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of winner, and arrangements must be made directly with High Noon Guns of Sarasota and Venice or other LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB selected FFL dealer.
19) Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
20) This drawing by chance is conducted under the 2017 Florida Statutes Title XLVI Chapter Section 849.0935. No contribution or purchase necessary. Non-donation raffle tickets can be obtained by sending a clearly printed handwritten request with your name, address, phone number, email address and age, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for each request to: Englewood Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club, Attention 30gunraffle.com, Box 897, Englewood, FL 34295. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanically produced requests will be accepted and only one ticket will be allotted per request received.
21) Winning ticket numbers are eligible for the remaining drawings.
22) At no time will the LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winners will receive firearms directly from High Noon Guns of Sarasota and Venice or designated FFL dealer only, all applicable laws will apply.
23) By receiving a raffle ticket, you agree that the LEMON BAY SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB’s liability is limited to the donation amount of the raffle ticket.
